The company's founders have been involved in residential and commercial real estate since 1981.
History:
The company's founder, Kenneth R. Medlock, has been involved in residential and commercial real estate
in many different capacities since 1981. He was a franchise owner of Help-U-Sell Real Estate and later
joined the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team
of a multi-billion dollar real estate sales and management division of the FDIC. He later became involved
in asset managment and organizational ethics. As an independent Broker, he leverages his integrity and
background in ethics to represent buyers, sellers and holders of real property.
